A connection is your catalog, mapped and live on one platform. Add platforms one at a time or all at once — each carries its own monthly rate and setup fee.

What does the setup fee cover?
Mapping your catalog to the platform's rules and formats, building the feed, and getting you live. It's billed once per connection, not annually.
What counts as a warehouse?
Each physical location with its own inventory. One is included per connection; each additional one is $50 a month.
Am I locked in?
No. Every connection is month to month. Cancel any month — the setup fee is what it cost to get you live, so it isn't refunded.
Regional or national — which do I need?
If your delivery area defines who you can serve, regional. If you ship outside your drive time, national puts you in front of the rest.
Do I need to run more than one connection?
Only if your buyers are on more than one platform. Most suppliers start with the one their biggest shops already use and add from there.
Flat file or API?
Flat file covers most suppliers and needs nothing from your IT. API is there when you want live availability — we'll quote the setup once we see your system.
